The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss
If you’re a fan of efficiency in pretty much all things, you might be familiar with Tim Ferriss’ line of 4-Hour books. In the 4-Hour Body, he presents tons of ways to lose weight, gain muscle and optimize your diet for any specific goal you have in mind. It’s more of a reference book than one you read from beginning to end. You don’t ‘finish’ this book. You find what you want in it, and peruse the specific pages. He’s all about using the minimum effective dosage in literally everything he does, and that even shines through in how this book is put together. Definitely worth picking up if you’re meticulous about what you want to do to get in shape.
